Sport and offices, Norrköping

  • The Inre Hamnen project is part of a greater development in the Norrköping harbour area. On a plot along the Promenade, we are developing a complex urban block of offices combined with a multi-storey sports center and other amenities.

  • The complex is arranged as a six-storey ring of offices surrounding an extensive sports programme consisting of stacked boxes. Three office towers rise above the block, which is divided into differently coloured segments. All sports facilities, restaurants, car parks and a conference centre will be open to the public and office workers. When completed, it will be one of the largest buildings in Norrköping. An adjacent housing block is also part of the project.
