For a family outside Stockholm, we designed this villa on a steep north-facing hillside below a ski slope. The family wanted to save the large trees but not have a garden, so the house stands on a wooden deck floating on stilts. Our client, a sheet metal worker, has made the facade cladding. In the winter, you can ski right in to the house.
